If you want to avoid that you need to follow these steps  So the first thing that you need to do is search for a pure black background & upload it on your instagram account Now we just need to start screen recording on our phone & go to instagram: Select the black image and double tap to heart. We now have a video recording of tap to heart on our phone  Transfer the file to your laptop and open it in the software to edit videos  I’m using premier pro for this tutorial  We need to cut out the unwanted video parts and just have the tap to heart video piece.  Once we have the main tap to heart piece we import our main pan around video  We now round up on the first position in the timeline where we need to give a tap to heart. But as you can see our tap to heart video is totally covering our main pan around video which is in the background. For this we go to video effects and search for crop  Now we have to  crop off all the unwanted parts of the heart animation video Such that only the heart is left with a black background.  In video we have opacity option in that we have blend mode  by default it’s in None but we have to select blend 
As soon as you select blend you can see the black background has gone and only the heart is left in front of our main pan around video!
